Helping out Glen

Just over two weeks ago, I talked about the manager of a local gun shop/range Glen from Winchester Gallery, he was a crime victim. The thugs stealing from his truck ran him over.

Since then (and sorry I’m slow to update everyone) he has came out of the coma and is in stable condition; slowly recovering.

His son has set up a donation page to help cover his medical bills. Glen doesn’t have medical insurance so every little bit can help.

The fundraiser page can be found here.

I know I’ve been wallowing in not exactly misery but definitely discomfort here lately. Every now and then I need a reminder that no matter how bad it is, there are others who have bigger problems.

I know the economy isn’t great and everyone is skating on thin ice but if you can spare a ducket or two it would be greatly appreciated.

Let’s help out one of our own.

I have known Glen for a long time, more than 20 years, but have not seen him recently. When did this happen? and what hospital is he in?

    Dennis,

I don’t want to give out information that shouldn’t (privacy) or get it wrong. I suggest calling Winchester Gallery and asking about Glen’s status.

Last I heard (early July) he was still in the hospital but doing better.

It happened Memorial Day weekend (May 26th)
